I smell bullshit on these numbers... Rahm Emanuel knows Chicago has picked up the CRIME CAPITAL image around the world and many tourists have decided to go somewhere else than the dangerous black city of Chicago.... and now all of a sudden Chicago has an uptick in tourists? BULLSHIT?

A 14 percent surge in international visitors last year contributed to Chicago's total visitation of 46.37 million, a record for the city, the mayor's office said.
