A 40-Year-Old man in Indiana is facing multiple charges after leading ten squad cars on a moped police chase Friday night.
Police say an officer initially pulled the man over for driving the wrong way down a street. He spoke with the officer, but allegedly refused to shut off his moped and proceeded to drive away, according to the Journal Gazette.
A chase ensued, with ten police cars pursuing the moped at speeds topping 25 mph.

“He was just driving around,” Sgt. Mark Brooks, a police spokesman, told the Journal Gazette.
At around 11:15 PM the man stopped driving and attempted to flee officers on foot. The man, however, was quickly caught by police who used a stun gun to apprehend him, according to WISH-TV.
The man now reportedly faces charges of receiving stolen property, criminal recklessness, marijuana possession, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident and two counts of resisting law enforcement.
His bail was reportedly set to $8,250.
