Chicago, IL - A leak in secret negotiations between Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart has stunned the brass of the Chicago Police Department as well as the Cook County Sheriff's Police Force. 

Rahm Emanuel is pressing heavily to combine the Chicago Police Department with the Cook County Sheriff's Police Force. Many police departments across the country have already combined their large urban police department with the county's sheriff's police force. 

Rahm Emanuel is attempting to spread the expenditure of the city's police force with the county's police force. One of the key selling points for this deal is Chicago police officers would be able to live anywhere in Cook County.
